Mr.M. Murali Vinodh, learned counsel appearing for the revision

petitioner submits that after filing this Civil Revision Petition, the revision

petitioner deposited the entire amount before the Executing Court and

E.P.No.1 of 2019 in M.C.O.P.No.196 of 2016 on the file of the learned

Subordinate Judge, Perundurai was dismissed as not pressed. In view of the

facts and circumstances, the prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition

has become infructuous.

2.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
