(Order of the Court was made by R.Suresh Kumar J.)

This petition has been filed as a third party petition seeking leave to file a

review application against our judgment dated 27.03.2024 made in

W.A.No.2191 of 2018 etc., batch.

2.We have heard Mr.S.Nambi Arooran, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner, Mr.R.Bharanidharan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for R1 and

Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for

the HR & CE Department.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the HR & CE

Department has submitted that the judgment which is sought to be reviewed

dated 27.03.2024 has already been appealed in a batch of Special Leave

Petitions in SLP (C) Nos.13980-13984/2024 and the same came to be disposed

by an order dated 11.07.2024, by confirming our judgment dated 27.03.2024.

4.When that being the position, the present attempt made by the instant

petitioner seeking leave to file a review application to review the very same

judgment is totally an unwarranted exercise and also an unacceptable one.

Therefore, we are not inclined to grant such leave as sought for in this petition.

5.Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed. As a sequel,

Rev.Appl.SR.No.52876 of 2025 is also closed.
