                                                           ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.)

Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts

notice for the respondents and draws our attention to the judgment and

decree in a suit in O.S.No.60 of 2023 before the Principal District Munsif

Court, Vedasandur. That suit had been filed by this writ petitioner

seeking the relief of injunction restraining the defendants from

dispossessing him of the property in S.No.297, N.Puthuroad,

Nagayakottai Village, Kujiliyamparai Taluk, Dindigul District, which is

the subject matter of the present litigation as well. That suit has come to

be dismissed by order dated 27th March, 2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is taken by

surprise, but has obtained instructions, for which purpose, we had passed

over the matter, confirming that the aforesaid order dated 27.03.2024 has

attained finality.

3.In light of the same, there is no infirmity in the impugned

order dated 26.09.2025.

4.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
