                Municipal Court, Ulundurpet.

counsel for the appellants that the 1st appellant expired on 19.01.2018 and 2nd

appellant expired on 07.02.2023.

2.It is seen that no steps have been taken for impleading the legal heirs of

the deceased appellants.
