Review Application in Rev.Aplw.No.245 of 2024 has been filed to
review the order of this Court dated 10.07.2024 passed in W.P.No.32698 of
2023.

2.The applicants are not appointed as teachers. They are aspirants
seeking public employment in Education Department on the ground that
qualification of Teachers Eligibility Test cannot be held as mandatory.
Issue regarding passing of Teachers Eligibility Test is no more res integra
as Hon'ble Supreme Court held that qualification of Teachers Eligibility
Test prescribed by the National Council for Teacher Education is
mandatory for all recruitments in teaching line. That apart, learned
Government Advocate brings to the notice of this Court that against the
present judgment sought to be reviewed, special leave petition has been
filed and Apex Court granted stay on 04.04.2025 in Special Leave Petition
(Civil) Diary No.7184 of 2025. Thus, the present review application in
Rev.AplW.No.245 of 2024 is not entertainable and the same stands
dismissed. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. Consequently,
W.M.P. No.4214 of 2015 in Rev.AplW.SR.No.169569 of 2024 and W.M.P.
No.42712 of 2024 in Rev.Aplw.SR. No.125437 of 2024 are closed and
Rev.AplW.SR.No.169569 of 2024 and Rev.Aplw.SR. No.125437 of 2024 are
rejected. There shall be no order as to costs.
