word “primogeniture” from Clause 2 and consequently direct the Tamil
Nadu Wakf Board to take appropriate action as directed in Paragraph 19
of the judgment dated 24.04.2025 in W.P.(MD).No.23489 of 2024.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks for the following relief:
“to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the
Tamil Nadu Wakf Board to consider and dispose
of the representation dated 05.02.2025 for
amendment of the Scheme Decree in
O.S.No.91/1925 by removing the word
“primogeniture” from Clause 2 and consequently
direct the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board to take
appropriate action as directed in Paragraph 19 of
the judgment dated 24.04.2025 in
W.P.(MD).No.23489 of 2024.”
2.Mr.Velan representing Mr.T.Saikrishnan, Standing Counsel
states that the representation dated 05.02.2025 will be considered and
disposed of within twelve (12) weeks.

3.Prior to passing orders, the Wakf Board shall hear all those
interested in the Wakf.
4.Recording the above statement, this writ petition is disposed of.
