for the appellant. Thus, Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption

'for dismissal' on 20.08.2025. The matter is listed today (26.08.2025). Today

also, when the matter is called, none appeared for the appellant, which shows that

the appellant is not interested in pursuing the matter. Thus, this Court has no

other option except to dismiss this Writ Appeal for non-prosecution.

2.Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No

costs.
