                     Procedure Code, to set aside the judgment and decree dated 29.04.2015
                     made in O.S.No.73 of 2004 on the file of the Subordinate Court
                     Srivilliputhur and allow the First Appeal.

                                                        JUDGMENT

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Learned

Counsel appearing for the Appellants sought permission of this Court to

withdraw this Second appeal. To this effect, a memo has also been

circulated by the Appellants and a letter was also submitted to the

Registrar [Judicial].

2. In view of the same, this Second Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is

closed.
