                                                    JUDGMENT

This second appeal is filed as against the Judgment and

decree passed in A.S.No.36/2017, dated 07.08.2019, on the file of

the learned I Additional Subordinate Court, Nagercoil.

2.Today(04.09.2024), when this second appeal is taken

up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks

permission of this Court to withdraw the Second Appeal and he has

also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the same, this Second Appeal is dismissed

as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous

Petition is closed.
