                                                          JUDGEMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the Appellant submitted a memo dated 02.09.2024 stating that the appellant is not willing to proceed with the above Second Appeal. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to post the above Second Appeal for withdrawal and prayed to record the memo.

2. The matter is listed today under the caption "for withdrawal". When the matter taken up today for hearing, a similar request is made before this Court.

3. Recording the memo filed by learned counsel for appellant stating that the appellant had requested him to withdraw the above Second Appeal, this Second Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
