                                                        JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.)

The matter relates to approval of appointment of the 1st respondent

as Vocational Instructor. The approval was refused on the ground of conversion

of the post. The Writ Court had allowed the writ petition directing approval to

be granted. In other similar matters, orders of this Court directing approval

were tested upto the Hon'ble Supreme Court and they were confirmed in SLP

No.22199 of 2019. It is also seen that in the case on hand, approval has been

granted on 24.07.2023 itself.

2. Hence, the Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs. The appellants

will pay all the arrears of salary payable to the 1st respondent within a period of

twelve weeks from today. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is

closed.
