By the order impugned in the Writ Appeal, the Writ Court has granted

permission to the first respondent to conduct Annadhanam on one day i.e.,

15.08.2024. The said date has already expired. Admittedly, applications are

pending before the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable

Endowments Department with reference to the rights regarding conduct of Aadi

Thiruvizha in the Temple. Therefore, we see no ground to interfere with the

orders in Review. The Writ Appeal is dismissed. The review order will not serve
