              Rule 1 of CPC Read With Section 6 of the Commercial Courts Act,
              2015, prays for a judgment and decree as against the Defendants
              herein:


                                       (a) To declare that the defendant has infrnged the
                                  plaintiff copyrightby streaming the movie “Kaathala
                                  Kaathala” without obtaining necessary permission


                                       (b) To direct the defendant to render an account of
                                  profits made by him by streaming the movie “Kaathala
                                  Kaathala” on Youtube.

                                              (c) To grant interim injunction restraining the
                                  defendant from streaming the movie “Kaathala Kaathala” in

                                                               ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 14.10.2024, there was no

representation on the side of the plaintiff. Hence, the matter was directed to be

listed under the caption “for dismissal” on 16.10.2024. Today, when the matter is

taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the plaintiff. It

appears that the plaintiff is not interested to prosecute the case.

2. Accordingly, this suit is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
