                                                       JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.]

This writ appeal has been filed by a third party to the writ petition

in W.P.(MD) No.4258 of 2019.

2. The above writ petition was filed by the first respondent herein

seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 herein to give drinking

water connection to the petition mentioned property. By order dated

15.04.2019, the learned Single Judge allowed the writ petition with a direction

to the third respondent herein to survey the land and thereafter, the second

respondent to give water connection to the petition mentioned property.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the third

respondent, on instructions, would submit that the order and directions of the

learned Single Judge have been complied with.

4. Learned counsel for the appellant reports no instructions.

5. Since it is submitted by the learned Special Government

Pleader appearing for the third respondent that the order and directions of the

learned Single Judge in the writ petition have been complied with by the third

respondent and since the learned counsel for the appellant reported no

instructions, this writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
