The learned counsel for the appellants and the learned Special Public

Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that the cause arose for

institution of the criminal appeal became vanished and thus no further

adjudication needs to be undertaken.

2. In view of the above, the criminal appeal stands disposed of as

infructuous.
