                    PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the
                    Constitution of India, invoking the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court to
                    enquire into the frequent adjournments and delays in pronouncing orders
                    in the 2 IAs and I.A.No.2 of 2023 in O.S.No.5988 of 2023 on the file of
                    the learned XXII Additional City Civil Judge, Allikulam, Chennai and to
                    issue a direction to the learned Judge to pass orders on the matters heard
                    and reserved on 29.02.2023.

                                                    ORDER

The petitioner/party-in-person seeks limited prayer to direct

the XXII Additional City Civil Judge, Allikulam, Chennai to dispose of

I.A.No.2 of 2023 within time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the petitioner/party-in-person appeared through

Video Conference.

3. The petitioner states that the orders have been reserved

after hearing both parties and written submissions have also been

circulated. Despite reserving the matter for judgment as early as on

29.02.2024, orders have not been pronounced till date. She further states

that the suit is a summary suit and she is aged about 76 years and is a

Senior Citizen. She is solely depending on the amount which she may get

in the decree to be passed in the said suit. Hence, she prays for early

disposal of the matter.

4. Considering the limited scope of the matter, this Court

directs the XXII Additional City Civil Judge, Allikulam, Chennai to

dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2023 in O.S.No.5988 of 2023 on or before

15.06.2024.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is

disposed of accordingly. No costs.
