This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed in

Crl.M.P.No.399 of 2022 in Spl.S.C.No.206 of 2019 dated 04.12.2023

passed by learned Special Judge Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO

Act, Chennai and to recall PW-1 to PW-9 and PW-11 for cross-

examination.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government

Advocate [Crl.side] submitted that the main case itself ended in acquittal

by judgment dated 28.02.2024. The daily order status was also produced

in this regard.

3. In view of the above development, nothing survives in the

present petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
