learned counsel for the appellant, this writ appeal has been listed today under

the caption "for withdrawal".

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned

counsel appearing for the appellant sought permission of this Court to

withdraw this writ appeal. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in

the Court bundle.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the

learned counsel for the appellant, this writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
