                                                               ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed questioning the order passed

by the first respondent in Revision Petition No.2.23/2015, dated

15.09.2016.

2. The entire proceedings relates to the issue of patta given to the

third respondent. A suit in O.S.No.72 of 2008 had been filed by the

petitioner before the Court of the District Munsif and Judicial Magistrate,

Shencottah for declaration and injunction. The suit has been dismissed

by judgment and decree dated 24.04.2017 as against which the petitioner

has preferred A.S.No.67 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Tenkasi,

which appeal has also been dismissed by judgment and decree dated

16.12.2020.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner's request for declaration

of title has been negated, nothing survives for consideration in the

present writ petition and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No

costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
