2. This Court after hearing the counsel at length and

perusing the records finds that the Court on 12.01.2023 considering the

representation of one Jagarajan, has directed the respondent police to

consider the representation dated 05.01.2023 to provide police protection

to the Youth Camp to be scheduled on 13.01.2023 to 17.01.2023 and

pass appropriate orders. This order even if been obtained by suppression

of fact, it does not confer any right of the said Jagarajan, who has been

managing the church or perpetrate right to conduct the youth camp in the

church premises. If at all any grievance to the petitioners herein, they can

work out the remedy by establishing their right before the appropriate

civil Court and in fact the learned counsel for the petitioners has

circulated the judgment of the XV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court,

Chennai in O.S.No.5284 of 2021 dated 29.07.2024 dismissing the suit

filed by Jagarajan. While so, this Court finds nothing in this contempt

petition to entertain, hence closed.
