                     to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records
                     pertaining    to    the       impugned     refusal     check       slip     vide
                     No.RFL/Thuraiyur/243/2024 dated 05.07.2024 issued by the respondent
                     and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently
                     direct the respondent to register the final decree judgment in I.A.
                     227/2018 in S.S.No.175/2013 dated 12.07.2022 presented by the
                     petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.

                                                           ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner wants to register the petition mentioned final

decree. Registration was refused on the ground that the property has

already been dealt with. This cannot be a ground for refusal. It is open

to an individual to cause registration of the Court order.

3.In this view of the matter, the impugned refusal check slip is

quashed. The petitioner is permitted to re-present the document. The

respondent shall register the petition mentioned final decree.

4.This writ petition is allowed accordingly. There shall be no order

as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
