                     Courts Act, 1971, to initiate contempt proceedings against the
                     contemnors for having deliberately, willfully flouted the judgment dated
                     14.11.2019 in W.A.(MD)No.1220 of 2019.

                                                       ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.)

On 13.09.2023, the following order was passed:-

“The State must comply with the direction under order dated 14.11.2019 within a week from today, seeing as Review application in Rev.Sr.No. 23182 of 2021 has been dismissed as early as on 24.01.2022 and even SLP filed by the State is pending only as diary number; It is thus clear that the State has no intention to pursue any remedy as against order dated 14.11.2019, seriously.

2.As a final chance, list on 20.09.2023 for reporting compliance, failing which, the second respondent, Block Educational Officer in the contempt petition will be present before this Court on that date.”

2. Today, Mr.K.Muthu Ganesa Pandian, appearing for the

contempt petitioner states that the direction under order dated 14.11.2019

passed in WA(MD)No.1220 of 2019 has been complied with under

proceedings in Na.Ka.No.601/Aa2/2022 dated 16.09.2023. Recording

the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
