                 PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of

                 Courts Act, 1971 praying to punish the respondents 2 & 3 for the willful

                 disobedience of the Judgment passed by this Court in W.A.(MD) No.929 of

                 2022, dated 30.08.2022.

This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience

of the Judgment, dated 30.08.2022, made in W.A.(MD) No.929 of 2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned

Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent made a

submission that the Judgment dated 30.08.2022, made in W.A.(MD) No.929 of

2022, has been complied with and the Teachers Eligibility Certificate has also

been issued to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission, no further adjudication is

required in respect of the grounds raised in this contempt petition.

4. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
