                     1 of 2022 dated 21.07.2023 on the file of Additional District and Sessions
                     Judge, Virudhunagar dismissing the appeal and confirming the order passed
                     in C.C.No.26 of 2018 dated 09.12.2021 on the file of the learned Judicial
                     Magistrate No.1 Court, Virudhunagar and acquit the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was died on

29.09.2023 and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition

for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
