                     Prayer: Civil Suit has been filed under Order VII, Rule 1 of the Code of
                     Civil Procedure read with Order IV Rule 1 of the Madras High Court
                     Original Side Rules read with Section 62 of Copyrights Act, 1957 to pass
                     judgment and decree in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendants
                     granting permanent injunction restraining the defendants, their men,
                     agents, staff, subordinates, assigns or anybody else acting on their behalf
                     from in anyway interfering with the plaintiff's peaceful production,
                     direction and releasing of the Full Length Tamil Feature Film 'JITHAN 2'
                     either by way of claiming any right or title over the film or in any other
                     manner whatsoever.

                                                      JUDGMENT

It is informed by Ms.Angel Jenifer (Enrollment No.5821 of 2023),

learned counsel representing the counsel on record for the plaintiff that

the suit can be closed by recording the fact that the plaintiff has released

the movie 'JITHAN 2', which is the subject matter of the suit. The

plaintiff had sought for the relief of permanent injunction against the

defendants not to interfere with the plaintiff’s peaceful production,

direction and release of the movie 'JITHAN 2'.

2.Since the movie has already been released by the plaintiff

subsequent to the filing of the suit, nothing survives for further

adjudication in this suit. After recording the submission made by the

learned counsel for the plaintiff that the movie has already been released

by the plaintiff, this suit is closed. No costs.
