                     04.10.2019 passed in Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.1 of 2019

                     in O.S.No.139 of 2016 on the file of Principal District Munsif,

                     Padmanabhapuram, by allowing this Civil Revision Petition.

                                                   ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the Fair and

Decreetal Order dated 04.10.2019 passed in Interlocutory

Application in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.139 of 2016 on the file

of Principal District Munsif, Padmanabhapuram.

2. It is represented by both counsels appearing on either

side that the suit in O.S.No.139 of 2016 was disposed of, by the

Trial Court on 11.11.2020 and against the same, an appeal in

A.S.No.25 of 2020 was filed before the Appellate Court and by

decree and judgment, dated 17.09.2021, the Appellate Court

remanded the matter to the Trial Court and now the suit is pending

before the Trial Court.

3. In fact the Civil Revision Petition is filed against the

order, dated 04.10.2019 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.139

of 2016 on the file of Principal District Munsif, Padmanabhapuram

and subsequently, the suit itself was disposed of.

4. Having considered the submissions of the respective

counsels, in the considered opinion of this Court, as already the suit

was disposed of, on 11.11.2020, nothing survives in this Civil

Revision Petition for adjudication.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed

as infructuous.

6. No costs.

7. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition

is closed.
