The learned counsel for the appellants has filed a memo dated

03.09.2023 stating that the parties have settled their dispute amicably

out of Court and therefore they may be permitted to withdraw the

above Second Appeal.

2. In view of the above, the Second Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous

Petition is closed.
