                                                         JUDGMENT

Since the plaintiff did not come forward to proceed with the

trial by examining witnesses and even left the case without any

representation when the matter stood listed on various dates before

the Additional Master IV for recording evidence, the learned

Additional Master IV chose to direct the listing of the matter before

this Court for consequential orders. As such this matter stood listed

today before this Court.

2. Today also there is no representation for the plaintiff. This

shows that the plaintiff is not ready to get on with the trial.

Therefore, this Court deems it appropriate to dismiss the suit for

non-prosecution. No costs.
