                     of 2022 and consequently confirm the judgment and decree dated

                     22.09.2022 in R.L.T.O.P. No. 175 of 2022 passed by the XI Court of Small

                     Causes at Chennai.

                                                          ORDER

Challenging the impugned order dated 25.04.2023 passed by the

XXIII Addl. City Civil Court at Chennai in R.L.T.A.No. 161 of 2022 and

consequently confirm the judgment and decree dated 22.09.2022 in

R.L.T.O.P.No. 175 of 2022 passed by XI Court of Small Causes, Chennai,

the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the

above Civil Revision Petition and he has also made endorsement to that

effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned

Counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is

dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
