                   judgment in C.A.No.24 of 2017, dated 17.07.2019 passed by the learned IV
                   Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai by confirming the order of
                   conviction and sentence in S.C.No.41 of 2015, dated 09.01.2017 passed by
                   the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai and set aside the same.

                                                        ORDER

The Criminal Revision Case is directed against the Judgment of

conviction passed in C.A.No.24 of 2017, dated 17.07.2019 on the file of the

learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, confirming the

Judgment of conviction and sentence, dated 09.01.2017 passed in S.C.No.41

of 2015 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai.

2. Today (31.03.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is

no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The learned Additional Public

Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that they have already filed a

memo along with death certificate of the petitioner that the petitioner had

committed suicide on 04.08.2022.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional

Public Prosecutor, the criminal revision case is dismissed as abated.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
