                                                             JUDGMENT

These Petitions have been filed by the petitioners praying this Court to

punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court

in W.P. Nos.31662 & 31670 of 2022 dated 28.11.2022.

2. This Court vide its order dated 28.11.2022 in W.P.Nos.31662 & 31670 of

2022 had directed the respondent/contemnor herein to consider and pass

appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation after affording an

opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners. However, the learned counsel

for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were not heard before passing

orders on their representation and hence the present Contempt Petition has

been filed.

3. However, this Court finds no wilful disobedience on the part of the

respondents. Hence, this Contempt Petition stands closed. There shall be no

order as to costs.
