representing counsel for the appellant submits that Mr.M.Thirunavukkarasu,

learned counsel on record has instructed the representing counsel to state before

this Court that the prayer sought for in this writ appeal in W.A(MD)No.411 of

2013 has become infructuous and has made an endorsement to that effect in the

Court bundle.
