                     in C.C.No.48 of 2021 by the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court),
                     Srivilliputhur dated 26.05.2022.

                                                          ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking special leave

to file an appeal challenging the order of acquittal passed by the Judicial

Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Srivilliputhur in C.C.No.48 of 2021 dated

26.05.2022.

2. The main contention of the petitioner is that the trial Court has

dismissed the complaint mainly on the ground that the signature found in

the cheque is different from the specimen signature.

3. Considering the above, leave is granted and the petition is

ordered accordingly. Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is

otherwise in order.
