                                                      JUDGMENT

Learned counsel appearing for the appellants seeks permission of

this Court to withdraw this second appeal and also connected

miscellaneous petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that

effect. In this regard, he has also given a letter dated 21.06.2023 to the

Registry for withdrawal of this second appeal.

2. In view of the above letter dated 21.06.2023 and the

endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellants,

this second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently,

connected C.M.P(MD)Nos.692, 693, 695 and 696 of 2022 are also

dismissed.
