                                     a) To jointly or severely pay a sum of Rs.1 crore with interest at
                     24% per annum with 10.06.2014 till the date of realisation.
                                     b) Grant a permanent consequential injunction restraining the
                     defendants and their men, agents, servants or any person claiming right
                     through / under them from in any releasing the Tamil feature film
                     Amrakaviyam directed by Mr.Jeeva Shankar.

                                                            JUDGMENT

The suit has been filed seeking judgment and decree as against the

defendants to jointly or severely pay a sum of Rs.1 crore with interest at

24% per annum with 10.06.2014 till the date of realisation.

2. On 31.03.2023, the following order has been passed:

“Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the plaintiff.

2. The learned counsel for the defendants submitted that he had settled the suit amount. He further submitted that the first defendant died.

3. Post the matter after two weeks. Steps, if any, by then.”

3. For the consecutive last two hearings, there was no

representation for the plaintiff. Even today when the matter was called, there

was no representation for the plaintiff.

4. Hence, the suit is dismissed for default. No costs.
