This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the

proceedings in C.C.No.384 of 2021 on the file of the XVI Metropolitan

Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai.

2.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side)

that the petitioners were tried and acquitted by judgment dated

01.07.2022 in C.C.No.384 of 2021, which has been challenged in the

above quash petition.

3.In view of the above submission, nothing further survives for

adjudication in this quash petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition

is dismissed.
