                                                      JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN,J.] Both the husband/appellant and wife/respondent are present before

this Court. A Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 07.07.2023

signed by the parties as well as the counsel is filed. As per the same they

had agreed to settle the disputes between themselves and also file a

Petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, before the

jurisdictional Family Court.

2. Recording the same, the Appeal is disposed of as settled out of

Court. The Joint Memorandum of Compromise shall form part of the

decree. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected

miscellaneous petition is closed.
