                     18.01.1999 made in O.S.No.130 of 1991 on the file of the Subordinate

                     Judge, Kumbakonam.

                                                         JUDGMENT

It is seen from the records that by order dated 09.03.2022, this Court

directed the appellant to take steps to bring on record the legal

representatives of the deceased sole respondent. Thereafter, the matter was

listed on 29.04.2022. Again the matter was adjourned for taking steps to

bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent

and it was adjourned to 20.06.2022. Again the matter came up on

20.12.2022. At the request of the learned counsel for the appellant, it was

adjourned to 12.01.2023. Even though by order dated 09.03.2022, the

appellant was directed to take steps to bring on record the legal

representatives of the deceased sole respondent, till date no steps have been

taken. Therefore, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. However,

there shall be no order as to costs.
