Mr.V. Prakash, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellant

would submit that nothing survives in the Appeal since orders have been

passed pursuant to the directions of this Court and the Industrial Disputes

have also been closed.

2. Recording the statement, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as having

become infructuous. In view of this development, the order dated

20.12.2022 imposing cost is recalled. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
