                     PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
                     India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for
                     the entire records relating to the impugned order issued by 2 nd respondent in
                     proceedings in Na.Ka.A8/5565/2021 dated 13.01.2023 and to quash the
                     same as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to
                     prepare fresh village Assistants selection list based on merit and disability
                     reservation by following G.O.Ms.No.20 P and AR Department dated
                     12.02.2008 and as per Judgment of the Honble Apex Court rendered in
                     Rajesh Kumar Daria - Vs- Rajasthan Public Service Commission (2007(8)

                     appointment to the post of Village Assistants with all service and monetary
                     benefits.

                                                      ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission

of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an

petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to work

out the remedy, in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the

connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
