                Code, to set aside the order in S.C.No.188 of 2008, dated 22.07.2014 by the
                learned Sessions Judge for Trial of Bomb Blast Cases, Coimbatore in
                convicting and sentencing the appellant to undergo 6 months Rigorous
                Imprisonment under Section 102(B) of I.P.C and undergo 7 years Rigorous
                Imprisonment and also imposed fine of Rs.1,000/-, in default, 6 months Simple
                Imprisonment under Section 394 of I.P.C and sentenced to undergo 7 years
                Rigorous Imprisonment for offence under Section 394 r/w 102(B) in
                S.C.No.188 of 2008, dated 22.07.2014 .
