                     Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed Under 227 of the Constitution of India, to
                     set aside the Judgment and Decree dated 23.01.2019 in C.M.A.No.3 of 2017 on
                     the file of III Additional Sub-Court, Coimbatore and reversing I.A.No.1768 of
                     2016 in O.S.No.1603 of 2016 on the file of Principal Munsif, Coimbatore.

                                                               ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed challenging the judgment and

decree in C.M.A.No.3 of 2017 dated 23.01.2019 on the file of III Additional

Sub Judge, Coimbatore.

2. The revision petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit and he has filed an

application for interim injunction and the trial Court granted interim injunction

on 23.11.2016, which was challenged by the respondent by filing C.M.A.No.3

of 2017. The Appellate Court reversed the order granting injunction by the trial

Court, against which, the respondent has preferred this revision.

3. The suit is of the year 2016 and there is no interim order in the civil

revision petition.

4. The learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that the

learned Principal District Munsif, Coimbatore, may be directed to dispose of the

suit in O.S.No.1603 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible.

5. Acceding to the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel on

either side, the learned Principal District Munsif, Coimbatore, is hereby directed

to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1603 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible,

this order.

5. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No

costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
