                                                        JUDGMENT

Challenging the award in M.C.O.P.No.656 of 2017, dated

27.02.2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Principal

District Judge, Dindigul, this appeal is filed.

2. When this appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for

the appellant produced copies of the Lok Adalat Award passed in

E.P.Nos.81 and 82 of 2019 in M.C.O.P.No.656 of 2017. It is further

submitted that the claimants have filed E.P.No.81 of 2019 and the parents

of the deceased filed E.P.No.82 of 2019 in M.C.O.P.No.656 of 2017.

The claimants were settled at Rs.30,00,000/- and the parents were settled

at Rs.5,25,000/-. The xerox copy of the Lok Adalat Award in Lok Adalat

Case Nos.370 and 371 of 2022 are filed for perusal of this Court.

3. In view of the settlement of the claim before the Lok Adalat,

nothing survives for consideration in this appeal. Therefore, this Civil

Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of as settled. No costs. Consequently,

connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
