Challenging the order dated 18.11.2019 passed in A.No.5787 of 2019 in

C.S.No.437 of 2012 on the file of this Court, the appellant has preferred the

present Original Side Appeal.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the

appellant sought permission of this Court to withdraw this original side appeal.

He has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect.
