                                                     ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus,

forbearing the respondent from continuing with the proceedings initiated

against the petitioner under Section 7A of the Employees Provident Fund and

Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1952 pursuant to the Notice Ref.

No.TBM/PDY/PC/664/COMP/Div-II/Summons/2014 dated 12.11.2014 till the

pronouncement of the Judgment by the Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court in

W.A.Nos.982, 985, 1026, 1343 and 1344 of 2011.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner

seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He has also made an

endorsement to that effect in the Court record.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned

counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
