withdraw the second appeal.

2. When the second appeal is taken up today, learned counsel

appearing for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the same.

3. In view of the above, the second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

No costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.20036 of 2022 is also dismissed.
