When the Writ Appeal was listed earlier on 18.02.2023, there

was no representation for the appellant and hence, this Court

directed the Registry to list the appeal under the caption ‘’for

dismissal’’ today. Despite the Writ Appeal being listed today under

the caption ‘’for dismissal’’today, there is no representation for the

appellant. Hence this Court has no other option, except to dismiss

the Writ Appeal for non-prosecution.

2.Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed for non

prosecution. No costs.
