                praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the
                records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.35593/C2/E2/2022,
                dated 30.06.2022 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same as
                illegal in so far as not conducting general transfer counselling is concerned and

                consequently for a direction, directing the second respondent to conduct
                general transfer counseling in respect of Higher Secondary School
                Headmasters prior to the Promotion Counselling in accordance with the

                10.03.2021.

                                                      ORDER

The learned Counsel for the petitioner has circulated a letter, dated
