                    decree against the defendants:


                            a) for equal partition by metes and bounds and exclusive possession
                    of the said passage that is more fully described in the schedule hereunder
                    and situate at Old No.51, New No.28, Harrington Road, Chennai-600 031;
                    and


                            b) for costs of the suit.

                                                        JUDGMENT

When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the

plaintiffs and the defendants submitted that the matter has been

compromised between the parties. Pursuant to the same, they have filed a

Memorandum of Compromise dated 16.08.2023 which has been duly

signed by them and their respective counsel. The said Memorandum of

Compromise is recorded.

2. In view of the same, the suit is decreed in terms of the

Memorandum of Compromise entered between the parties and the above

Memorandum of Compromise shall form part of the decree. The Court Fee

is ordered to be refunded as per law.
