                                                                ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the original suit

in O.S.No.85 of 2012, in which this civil revision petition has arisen has

already been disposed of on merits as early as on 07.01.2019. In this

regard, the learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted the xerox

copy of the judgment of O.S.No.85 of 2012 and A.S.No.44 of 2019.

2. Having considered the submission of the learned counsel for the

petitioner and the documents, this Court finds nothing survives in the

civil revision petition. Hence, this civil revision petition stands

dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected

miscellaneous petition is closed.
